Philosophy The philosophy of "Create the Ultimate You" is to help guide you in the direction of your ultimate fitness level. We believe fitness is an entire lifestyle plan, and is not limited just to your exercise program, and the absence of disease. Your fitness level is always changing, so your goals will consistently change. It is important that you make necessary changes to ensure your path of action coincides with reaching your goals, one day at a time.
Some of the variables which are changing may include:
- muscular strength and endurance,
- stamina or energy levels,
- cardiovascular conditioning,
- the ability to combat stress and strain,
- an ability to stay focused and set goals, and
- a mental state most conducive to keeping motivation levels high.

At CU Fitness, we understand that at different points in our lives we want to make changes. It is our goal to help you reach your ultimate level of fitness, and thus, your ultimate potential. We believe that in order to best serve you, you must participate in the programs, and thus, the philosophy we teach. As an avid sports and fitness enthusiast, I have always held a strong affinity for what good health and fitness can do for your whole state of being. In working with people over the years my commitment to teaching lifestyle change in terms of optimal health and fitness has strengthened. My sincere interest in others and passion for health and fitness helped create my vision of CU Fitness many years ago.
